One Reignpoint Standard License

Copyright remains with the photographer or rights owner. The Standard License does not allow resale or redistribution of the standalone image, use as a logo or trademark, or unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited use. Any image-specific restriction will be shown before checkout.

Each download gives the purchasing account or organization a non-exclusive license to use the image across common publishing, business, marketing, and creative projects. Copyright remains with the photographer or rights owner.
Can I use one image in more than one place?
Yes. Unless an image page states otherwise, the Standard License allows the purchasing account or organization to use the image across its websites, articles, blogs, social media, email, advertising, presentations, reports, and printed materials.
What is not allowed?
You may not resell or redistribute the standalone image file, claim the copyright, use the image as a logo or trademark, or use it in an unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited way. Any additional restriction will be shown before checkout.
Does my license end if I cancel a plan?
No. Images downloaded while your plan or pack is active remain licensed under the Standard License. You only need an active plan or available pack balance to download additional images.
When would I need custom rights?
Custom rights are only needed for unusual requests such as exclusivity, copyright transfer, resale of the image itself, or another use not covered by the Standard License.
