Refund Policy

Reignpoint Media sells publisher placements, content products, and link building services that can move into production quickly after an order is placed. Because work may begin within minutes, all sales are final unless Reignpoint Media approves a marketplace credit or other exception in writing.

Reignpoint Media does not offer refunds at this time. Once an order is placed, the order may be sent to our content team, writer, editor, publisher, or placement workflow very quickly. In limited cases, if a customer contacts us right away and the order has not moved too far forward, Reignpoint Media may choose to stop the order and issue a credit for use on the Reignpoint Media Marketplace.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Reignpoint Media are final. This includes marketplace publisher placements, guest posts, sponsored editorial placements, link building services, content products, writing services, article preparation, content upgrades, order fees, and related services.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the placement details and agree to purchase the selected service. Reignpoint Media does not guarantee refunds, cancellations, reversals, or cash returns after purchase.

Important buyer notice

Buyers are responsible for understanding what they are purchasing before submitting payment. This includes the selected publisher, marketplace price, content product, target URL, anchor text, topic, order instructions, and any publisher-specific requirements.

2. Why This Refund Policy Exists

Reignpoint Media works in a fast-moving order environment. After an order is received, it may be directed to our internal team, professional content writers, editors, campaign managers, or publisher partners almost immediately.

Depending on the writing service or content product selected, the article may be prepared within minutes. If the customer selects AI-assisted or faster content options, production may begin even faster. In some cases, the content may be written, reviewed, formatted, and sent to the publisher within an hour or less.

Because real work, content preparation, publisher communication, and placement coordination can begin quickly, Reignpoint Media cannot treat orders like unused physical goods that can simply be returned.

3. Possible Marketplace Credit Exceptions

Although all sales are final, Reignpoint Media may, at its sole discretion, issue a marketplace credit if the buyer contacts us right away and the order has not already been completed, sent to a publisher, substantially written, assigned, processed, or otherwise moved too far forward.

Marketplace credits are not guaranteed. If approved, credit may be applied toward future purchases on the Reignpoint Media Marketplace.

3.1 When a Credit May Be Considered

  • The buyer contacts Reignpoint Media immediately after purchase;
  • The order has not been sent to the publisher;
  • The article has not already been completed or substantially prepared;
  • The order has not already been assigned to a writer, editor, or campaign manager in a way that creates completed work;
  • The request is made in good faith and before significant production work has occurred.

3.2 When a Credit May Be Denied

  • The content has already been written, reviewed, edited, or substantially prepared;
  • The order has already been sent to the publisher;
  • The publisher has already accepted, reviewed, scheduled, or published the content;
  • The buyer entered the wrong URL, anchor text, topic, domain, content product, or other order information;
  • The buyer changed their mind after work began;
  • The buyer failed to review the publisher details before buying;
  • The buyer requested a result Reignpoint Media does not guarantee, such as specific rankings, traffic, indexing, sales, or leads.

Credit is not the same as a refund.

A marketplace credit, if approved, is not a cash refund. Credits may only be used toward eligible future purchases through Reignpoint Media and may be subject to account, order, or service limitations.

4. What Buyers Should Review Before Purchasing

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all relevant details before placing an order. Reignpoint Media provides marketplace information to help buyers make informed decisions, but the final purchase decision belongs to the buyer.

Before ordering, buyers should review:

The publisher website Review the domain, niche, content style, audience, site quality, and whether the publisher fits your campaign.
The placement price Confirm the price before checkout. Publisher placement prices can vary by website, authority, niche, and demand.
The content product Choose the correct writing or content option before checkout, including any higher-depth or human-written content needs.
Your target URL Make sure the page you want promoted is the correct page, live, accessible, and appropriate for the selected publisher.
Your anchor text Review spelling, brand wording, keyword use, and whether the anchor text is appropriate for the article and campaign.
Publisher requirements Some publishers may have rules about topics, sponsored labels, link type, editorial changes, turnaround time, or accepted industries.
Campaign expectations Reignpoint Media does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, indexing speed, sales, leads, or algorithmic outcomes.

5. Content Product Selection

Buyers may be able to choose a content product before checkout. Content product options may include different word counts, writing methods, research depth, human-written content, AI-assisted content, internal links, trust links, images, media, or other add-ons.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to choose the content product that fits the order. If a buyer selects a lower-cost or faster content product and later decides they wanted a different content level, that does not create a refund right.

If the buyer wants to upgrade the content product after purchase, Reignpoint Media may allow an upgrade if the order has not already moved forward. Additional charges may apply.

6. Publisher Availability, Rejection, or Changes

Publishers are independent website owners and media partners. Publisher availability, editorial rules, pricing, topic acceptance, sponsored labeling, turnaround times, and publication requirements may change.

If a publisher becomes unavailable, rejects a topic, changes its rules, or cannot complete a placement, Reignpoint Media may offer one or more of the following at its discretion:

  • A replacement publisher option;
  • A marketplace credit;
  • A modified order option;
  • A partial credit depending on work already completed;
  • Another reasonable solution based on the order status.

Reignpoint Media is not responsible for independent publisher delays, editorial decisions, website changes, technical issues, indexing behavior, ranking outcomes, or third-party platform decisions.

7. Buyer Errors and Incorrect Order Details

Buyers are responsible for entering accurate order details. Reignpoint Media is not responsible for buyer mistakes made during order submission.

Buyer errors may include:

  • Wrong target URL;
  • Wrong anchor text;
  • Wrong publisher selection;
  • Wrong content product selection;
  • Wrong topic or campaign instructions;
  • Incorrect business, brand, or contact information;
  • Failure to disclose restricted topics or compliance requirements;
  • Failure to review publisher details before purchase.

Reignpoint Media may attempt to correct buyer errors when possible, but corrections are not guaranteed once the order has entered production, content preparation, publisher review, scheduling, or publication.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Buyers agree to contact Reignpoint Media before filing a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal. Many order issues can be reviewed faster by contacting us directly.

Improper chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension, cancellation of active orders, loss of marketplace access, collections activity, recovery of payment processor fees, or other remedies available under our Terms and Conditions.

Filing a chargeback after work has begun or after a placement has been completed does not cancel the buyer’s payment responsibility.

9. How to Request an Order Stop or Marketplace Credit Review

If you placed an order by mistake, contact Reignpoint Media immediately. The faster you contact us, the better the chance that the order may still be stopped before production or publisher processing moves too far forward.

When contacting us, include:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • Order number or order details if available;
  • The publisher or placement selected;
  • The reason for the request;
  • Whether you are requesting an order correction, pause, or marketplace credit review.
